Grade 5, 6, 7, & 8 Summer String Lesson Program #1

The long-running Bethel Park Summer String Lesson Program is taught by Bethel Park School District orchestra teachers Mrs. Maggie Sheffer and Mrs. Sarah Palermo. For students who have played a string instrument in 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th grade and will be entering 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade, the Lesson Program is a great opportunity for your child to learn new songs as well as revisit songs from the 2024-2025 school year. Students will work on ensemble skills, improve individual playing technique, and expand musical knowledge, all while having fun! Students are welcome to participate in one or both of the string lesson programs offered this summer, as the music selections will differ.
